ERS Applying SynDeck IMO Flexible Resin and Galley System to New Condor Fast Craft Ferry

ERS are part way through an installation for Trimline Ltd on board the new Condor Fast Craft Ferry due for launch later this month. IMO Flex, a self smoothing resin, was chosen by the customer for its flexibility. We have also applied our slip deterrent galley system to the galley and servery areas.

SynDeck Gains UK Navy Approval for Lightweight Underlayment Systems on Front Line Ships

After nearly 3 years of independent testing and heavy financial investment, SynDeck Lightweight Underlayment Systems have passed Defence Standard (Def Stan) UK Navy Fire and Toxicity tests, Classification detailed in Def Stan 07-247. Coupled with being tested and approved for slip deterrent performance and having to produce the new REACH compliant MSDS’s to Regulation (EC) No 453/2010; ERS Marine Division are happy to of played such a key part in gaining this approval.

ERS Marine to Provide Trimline's New Demonstration Galley with SynDeck Waterproof and Slip Resistant Resin System

Trimline, Southampton-based marine interior refurbishment specialists have asked ERS Marine to install our SynDeck Resin Galley System to their new demonstration facility at their Southampton headquarters.

A completely seamless system will be installed including a cove detail of 100mm around the edges to simulate the ease of long term cleaning and hygiene requirements of galley areas. The installation will also provide a slip resistant finish in wet and dry conditions as well as a fully waterproof solution.
